Config Dialog
In the config dialog, a nested table is used to show additional configuration details.
In the first line ("visible rows") the label cell/column has no width while the value cell/column
has width 100%. So the expectation is that the value cell/column expands to the full possible width.
But when the nested table containing the details (colspan="2") becomes visible, then the
first cell stretches.

Runtime (WebTable)
In the runtime table a single cell (with cellspan="2") contains the web table (data),
while the first row contains two cells, one for an icon and one for the message.
Here also the first cell/column has no width while the second one has a width of 100%.
However, the message (second cell) is not placed next to the icon.
It seems that even the content of the WebTable cells has an impact on the layout of the message line.
If one toggles the "white-space:nowrap" setting of the nested spans, then the layout of the outer
table changes: Toggle "Nowrap"
