Udo Wessels d7fa3f919b bug5322: After callback with Thomas I changed the fixed thread pool to one of the ThreadPoolUtils to take care for e.g. local thread issues of this application.

Udo Wessels 506160a918 bug5322: fixed testing: exchange thread sync logic with ExecutionService and Future implementation. 
The old implementation causes synchronization failures. It was possible to enter the synchronized block of the main thread before coming to the synchronized block of the child thread. Therefore the result was null (after the defined wait).
This behavior causes randomly assertion errors while building and testing the application.

Added org.objenesis dependency to manifest. This dependency was missing and therefore for local test execution was not possible (Igtimi tests).

Axel Uhl 1c69efa4dc added magnetic declination model of the British Geological Survey (BGS); 
the NOAA site is currently down, and so is the Geomag.info site operated originally by the University
of Colorado. This would currently leave us without any online/live declination service. I've @Ignore'ed
two of the NOAA test suites now to get successful release builds again. We should check the availability
of the NOAA site again soon and maybe re-activate and make NOAA the default again.

Axel Uhl 89e8bef9c8 Revert "removed PluginNature from our OSGi bundles; they are not Eclipse plugins"; 
according to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=544977#c21 the
scenario of using the ManifestBuilder without setting the PluginNature is
not a supported scenario. Besides, it doesn't help to get rid of the new
Eclipse warning regarding non-exported packages.

This reverts commit 063484e29f.

Axel Uhl 58b922c550 un-ignored NOAA tests; 
only the testDeclinationQueryNotMatchedInStore test currently only works
for the Colorado declination service because the NOAA service provides
a model only up to end of 2019
