Axel Uhl bcca62a6cb building the main Docker image from release obtained from Github; 
instead of fetching from releases.sapsailing.com the changed version
of the Dockerfile assumes the ${RELEASE}.tar.gz file is in the docker
workspace folder already; for this, the play-with-docker.yml workflow
is changed to obtain the release from Github
