Jens Rommel dc5790881b Fixed replication test. 
Secured media track change logic: Changes are expected to be executed on copies only. Then the media library is notified that a copy has been changed.

Jens Rommel b981493ff5 Fixed several issues with migrated date types: 
- making db-read more robust in case duration is stored as intger
- adding a default constructor to MillisecondsTimePoint for marshalling
- removed redundant DbMediaTrack class

- Renamed durationInMillis to duration
- Added equals/hashCode to MillisecondsDurationImpl, added tests

Jens Rommel 53e9472558 - Changed type of MediaTrack.startTime from java.util.Date to TimePoint.

Frederik Petersen 2b526f07b1 FlexibleLeaderboards now do not allow multiple fleets for race creation 
The default fleet is a singleton and the interface of the
FlexibleLeaderboard was cleaned up. Before the cleanup, the user was
allowed to add mutiple fleets when creating a race or a race column. This
is not allowed in the persistence model
