Axel Uhl 4692d6e980 bug6135: refactored ScreenShotRule, introduced CloseAllWindowsAfterEach rule; 
this way, window closing runs in an afterEach callback, whereas
screenshots are taken in a TestExecutionExceptionHandler.
Still letting one Selenium test fail on purpose to see if this works in
the central build environment
