Axel Uhl 470b4b0f1d don't set race start time anymore from arbitrary GPS fix; set startOfTracking instead of race start from TracTrac 
So far, we confused the start of tracking with the start of race in DynamicTrackedRaceImpl and the TracTrac
provider. This is now fixed by a new setter for startOfTracking. Watch out for negative effects of this
fundamental change...
