Steffen Schaefer 0d89902f6f Consistently using servlet API 3.1. There was an export of javax.servlet 
in the GWT bundles that had version 2.x but was 3.x. The GWT bundles do
not export servlet API anymore, so everything can consistently be on
servlet version 3.1 that is provided by our jetty server.

Axel Uhl f91153d93c cleaned up the ClientUtils implementation and removed unused OAuth cruft; removed GWT dependency from com.sap.sse.security; 
removed RemoteServiceServlet superclass from SecurityServiceImpl; why was it there? The GWT RPC is implemented by
UserManagementServiceImpl

Fredrik Teschke e004c433cc pull out mail functionality into own service and bundle 
- needs to live outside com.sap.sse due to dependency on replication
- use mail.properties instead of security.properties
- introduced ServiceTrackerFactory, which led to refactorings in SailingServiceImpl and ~Mock
