Frederik Petersen d99ad2ed1b Now upwind and downwind data can be viewed for both tacks in x-y-diagram 
only one combination is shown by default. The user can hide and show as
she/he likes.

Frederik Petersen 792dcd098e Improved WindSpeedAndAngleEstimator's distance based validation 
also tested it.

If the requested boat speed is not inbetween the values of the sampling
points the distance between the input speed and each sampling point is
compared and, if small enough, added to the resultset with halved
confidence
