added a comparator by the corrected estimated time to reach the fastest boat's current position;
...
the corrected total time after which a competitor is estimated to arrive at the fastest boat's current
position can be used for a total ordering consistent ranking; gaps in each competitor's own time
can be inferred from this; see bug1018 comment #31

added an implementation of getDurationToReachAtEqualPerformance for time-on-time/time-on-distance;
...
this is the basis needed to estimate the total windward distance and duration that one competitor needs
to reach the windward position of another competitor that position-wise (but not necessarily corrected-time-wise)
is ahead.
