Steffen Schaefer 8074f8d1f2 Bug 4228: Moved LoginPopup styles regarding positioning to 
UserManagementResources to allow the authentication flyover to use the
same positioning later. In addition, some styles were adjusted to make
the position more consistent with the authentication flyover.

Steffen Schaefer 7a6c34a4f9 Bug 4100: Parts of settings that have been changed to not contain any 
setting anymore are now removed from the settings tree instead of
setting an empty object. In addition if the whole settings object is
empty, the settings entry is now removed instead of saving empty
settings to the storage.
