Jens Rommel 2abab6fa8d Fixed issue with conflicting competitor identification. For some olympic races, competitor ID (= nation code) + boat class are not sufficiently differentiating as RS:X and 470 have same boat class for men and women. 
Now, the SwissTiming race code, e.g. SAM002 for Finn races, is taken into account, discriminating men from women races.

Still some values aren't fully understood, yet. E.g. why frame meta data always (!) has: "cid: 0, raceTime: 0, startTime: 0, estimatedStartTime: 0, status: Finished"

Jens Rommel c8e7f2772f Work commit: SwissTiminig panel on Admin Conosole loads races from JSON. 
- introduced new bundle for SwissTiming specific stuff, plus respective test bundle
- added new panel to Admin Console featuring replay of SwissTiminig races
- Actual import of race data just started, not functioning yet.
