Cleaned the query construction process a bit
...
The convertion from FunctionDTO to Function is now done by the
FunctionProvider and not the DeprecatedToFunctionConverte, because the
transitive functions can now be handled by the FunctionRegistry and
FunctionProvider.

Cleaned the context hierarchy
...
Removed contexts for event and regatta, because an event or regatta
can't be used as atomar data type (they don't have enough data to make
serious queries possible). The highest context element is now the
HasTrackedRaceContext. Early filtering will still be possible, when the
query is working on RegattaLeaderboards, which will be the case for the
standard case.

Implemented a workflow to enrich the result with additional data
...
This was problematic, because a processor can have multiple result
receivers and every result receiver could add additional data. So I
implemented an additional result data builder, that handles the conflicts,
when a member of the additional data is set multiple times.
There's a remaining problem with the StringMessagesForTests, because it
isn't as rich as the string messages used in the productive environment.
When this is resolved, the query tests should be successful.
