FlexibleLeaderboards now do not allow multiple fleets for race creation
...
The default fleet is a singleton and the interface of the
FlexibleLeaderboard was cleaned up. Before the cleanup, the user was
allowed to add mutiple fleets when creating a race or a race column. This
is not allowed in the persistence model
