Axel Uhl c7d6f62a75 fixing bug 2767 by also registering the old GPSFix(Moving)Impl type names with their old package locations for the Mongo persistence handler;

Frederik Petersen 0193aaef0d Added missing path to get method 
if waitForLatest is true, the triggeredAndNotYetScheduled queue empty and
no ongoingRecalculations -> the future was null and a NPE was thrown

now it just takes the current cache value in that case

Frederik Petersen 2c4fa6a5c1 Improved synchronizing after bug2704 changes. 
synchronizing now works solely with ongoingRecalculations monitor.

also added thread handshake to test case

Frederik Petersen 89a3791467 Smart future cache will now not have multiple concurrent recalculation 
for the same key. It remembers triggers in a new map.

Fredrik Teschke e004c433cc pull out mail functionality into own service and bundle 
- needs to live outside com.sap.sse due to dependency on replication
- use mail.properties instead of security.properties
- introduced ServiceTrackerFactory, which led to refactorings in SailingServiceImpl and ~Mock
