Steffen Schaefer ac79b8177f play-services-gcm has been uploaded to Nexus with the groupId 
com.google.android.gms. So we don't need special handling for the
groupId difference anymore.

Steffen Schaefer d549d23ef4 Moved install-android-sdk-windows to it's own Maven module 
This causes the install not to be triggered for every module but only
once. In addition we don't need to comment the activation condition and
uncomment it on the release branch.

Steffen Schaefer cd28ca5f63 Revert changes to introduce a parent pom for the app projects. It turned 
out that there are limitations in Maven profiles that cause this
solution to not be more compact. So it's currently not necessary to have
the additional intermediate parent pom.
