Frederik Petersen dfea54d398 Removed old PolarSheets.html and its backend functionality 
replaced by datamining ui approach to polar generation.

Frederik Petersen 071a23bc8f Removed MovingAverage processor from polar data miner 
Was only meant for comparison purposes with Regression. Now regression is
used every anyway, so we only need to have the regression processors

Frederik Petersen 8c9e76a5ea Polars Initial Load now working 
had to remove MovingAverageProcessor. It was supposed to be removed
anyways, so I'll do that now. It was just left to be compared to the
regressions during development.

Frederik Petersen bbf7e447d5 Removed bug in polar filter 
AngleCluster based polar mining is now also a part of the pipeline. The
filter filtered out reaching courses. This part of the filter has now been
removed.

Frederik Petersen b96dff84e4 Reworked the polar data miner 
now there are 3 final processors
- cubic regressions for each legtype/tack combination
- cubic regressions for angle clusters
- moving average for each legtype/tack combination (for analysis purposes)
