Jens Rommel b981493ff5 Fixed several issues with migrated date types: 
- making db-read more robust in case duration is stored as intger
- adding a default constructor to MillisecondsTimePoint for marshalling
- removed redundant DbMediaTrack class

Jens Rommel f89ac62795 - Migrated MediaTrack.durationInMillis from int to Duration including database API but excluding database storage 
- Renamed durationInMillis to duration
- Added equals/hashCode to MillisecondsDurationImpl, added tests
- Fixed MillisecondsTimePointImpl.equals, added tests

- introduced new method MediaDB.insertMediaTrackWithId
- moved import logic into racing event service
