Frederik Petersen ed6d224a1c Carried points, score corrections, suppressed competitors 
are all imported even if no corresponding race is loaded on
the exporting side.

also fixed competitor id serialization

Simon Pamies 6689927305 Added new method getDistanceFromStarboardSideOfStartLine that computes 
result based on given timepoint - this is useful if you want to compute
the distance before the start of the race

Frederik Petersen 971983d0e1 Suppressed competitors will not be imported if they are resolved to null 
this fixes the null pointer in bug 1705
note that the supressed competitors are not exported, if the race is not
tracked on the exporting side. Just like the score corrections.

tracked races are now relinked for flexible leaderboards

D049941 a318945be7 Method clearState implemented and launch-configurations added, which use 
the database for tests (winddbTest).

The launch-configurations also include the gateway bundle for the test
support and have to be used for the local execution of UI-tests.

D049941 3770632759 Test support for the SailingService added, which provides a method to 
clear the state. This is necessary, since test needs a way to create a
well defined state.

The method is published via a Servlet. To avoid data loss, it is
protected by a check of the used database. Only if the database
winddbTest is used, the method call will be dispatched to the
SailingService.
