Axel Uhl 59b76b9848 let TrackedRaceImpl resolve against DomainFactory which now has a RaceLogResolver which is provided by RacingEventService; 
in production mode, the RacingEventService constructors make sure that the DomainFactory uses the RacingEventService as
its RaceLogResolver. The resolver is used by TrackedRaceImpl to set its raceLogResolver after de-serialization

Frederik Petersen 8c9e76a5ea Polars Initial Load now working 
had to remove MovingAverageProcessor. It was supposed to be removed
anyways, so I'll do that now. It was just left to be compared to the
regressions during development.

Axel Uhl 91af95af74 in CompactGPSFixImpl keep original TimePoint reference, avoiding billions of CompactTimePoint object creations; 
This seems too expensive, particularly in live mode. A distinction may be possible in the future between live races
and replay races where for replay races the time point is also "compactified" where access isn't that frequent and
server load isn't that high. See bug 3003.
