Axel Uhl dae3bfdd68 the Star IDM 2013 Race 5 test suffers from entirely incorrect TracTrac mark passing data; doing manually-crafted tests now; 
I re-generated the MTB file. However, now the TracTrac mark passings are completely off and missing for anything beyond
the first windward mark passing. I've changed the tests so that a couple of interesting situations are verified explicitly.
This has successfully produced a failure for Seefelder's late start. The new start recognition logic doesn't apply here
because a start time is set explicitly in the TracTrac race. The mark passing mainly suffers from a "digital" judgement
of the competitor passing outside the line. Awaiting Nick's more tolerant implementation.

Axel Uhl 1c56590b9b TrackedRace: distinguishing between start time determined with or without inference from start mark passings; 
this allows us to use only start times *without* start mark passing inference in the mark passing calculator
which otherwise would lead to a conceptual recursion where mark passings may be excluded because other mark
passings have previously been inferred at a later point, suggesting a later start, ruling out earlier start
mark passings.

Axel Uhl 7daca7e7e8 completing bug 3421 by splitting out the interpolation routine into a method, overriding in DynamicGPSFixMovingTrackImpl; 
The default implementation of "interpolation" in GPSFixTrackImpl now simply uses the earlier of the two fixes. The redefinition
in DynamicGPSFixMovingTrackImpl uses the linear interpolation that was previously part of GPSFixTrackImpl.

Axel Uhl 8281af0bba wrote a series of test cases for GPSFixTrackImpl.getEstimatedPosition for the existing behavior; 
as one speciality, the test already demands symmetric extrapolation into the future and the past which fails due
to the current asymmetric implementation.
The next step will be to make the interpolation configuration for subclasses and add tests for a variant that
does no longer interpolate

Axel Uhl 76f1b88bcd added a test case for the fix provided by 06fd44ffcda12a5d4ce1e0334228db364acde005; 
this was about invalidation of the competitor cache when a race log changes its mind regarding whether it is
responsible for providing the race's competitors or not
