introduced a TrackedEventRegistry interface in com.sap.sailing.domain that is now extended by
RacingEventService as well as a dummy implementation for use by tests

Axel Uhl fb9270a2bb fixed issue with multiple TracTrac Event objects having equal IDs if they represent the same regatta 
This caused only RaceDefinition object to be associated only with the single remaining instance
of Event in the map which was supposed to hold several TracTrac events (one per tracker) with
multiple associated RaceDefinition objects.
