add didOptOutOfMarketingEmails flag to User creation
...
Flag is set to false by default. Cross checked setting of flag at user
creation from Admin Console > User Management > Create User, then the
corresponding record in mongo db, which does indeed have the flag.

locked IPs turned into permission object instead of server action
...
Locked IPs were previously not treated as SecuredSecurityType, but
rather their actions were treated as separate ServerAction instances
with the object in question remaining the server. To maintain permission
granularity at the IP address level, Locked IP addresses have been made
HasPermissions object in SecuredSecurityType with DefaultActions READ
and DELETE serving as get and unlock method permissions respectively
that can now be treated as the object wildcard of permission triples.

fix user management "locked until" column not updating after unlock

The unlocked user's entry is updated locally with a
entry.copyWithLockedUntil, inserted in the list of all entries and
displayed.

for ip locking, shift permissions to SecuredSecurityTypes

They were in SecuredDomainType before. IP locking is a server detail,
naught to do with the domain of sailing or races.

bug5774: The changes on AbstractGenericSerializableSettings are reverted and therefore another AbstractGenericSerializableSettingsWithContext was created instead. This prevent us to be forced to initialize every settings object with a security context even if it is not needed. Now we only use the ...WithContext in cases where we really need it to work with secured settings in the addChildSettings method.
...
There are still some places to work on e.g. where the secured DTO's are not in place when we init a settings with context. They are marked with TODO bug5774.
Also the secured ENUM setting needs some attention...
In LiveRaceWithRacemapAndLeaderBoardPresenterImpl there is already a change were we get a StrippedLeaderboardDTO to init context object correctly and which can be used for authorization check later.

bug5773: decoupled feature list rendering from hard coded feature line definitions.
...
- Now all features are configured by a key stored to depending plan category (enum). For each feature we need an entry in SubscriptionPlan.PlanCategory constructor and labels for name, description and url (optional filled with a link to further details about the feature). The rendering is done automatically and in the order of definition.
