first test case about estimating wind directions from tracks; doesn't really do much,
...
and results are not yet meaningful because currently we're not getting mark passing
events for the Kiel Week tracks and therefore don't know which boats are going upwind
and which ones are going downwind.

use raw variants for testing because test tracks don't use realistic speeds

It may be better to use the real (smoothened) versions of the APIs but configure the
track to use a very large threshold for these test cases so that no fix is eliminated.

first rough GPS fix smoothening algorithm with a few tests in place
...
If one fix left and right has a computed speed of more than a threshold (currently
50 knots) that seems likely for the boat classes we're talking about, the fix is
removed from the smoothened view of the track.
The threshold obviously needs to become parameterizable. The subclass for
fixes that know their speed should refine this to take into account the speeds
as announced by the fixes themselves.

refactored wind tracker creation, starting, stopping, registration, unregistration

Preparing for the possibility of other wind receivers, trying to keep the services and
their APIs independent of the receiving path leading via Expedition, UDP and such.
Introduced the new bundle/system property expedition.udp.port which is now used to
determine the port on which the expedition receivers listen for inbound wind data
