bug5704: changed the styling of popup dialogs on race board page.
...
- styling is now more equal to home styling (e.g. What's new popup)
- texts of premium info dialog is now adapted to something more positive
- confirmation dialog now can be processed by enter and escape keys

bug5671bug5010: fixing issue with leaderboard detail premium columns;
...
They were erased from the map of columns available in the constructor of
ExpandableSortableColumn, and when the user upgraded to premium and
obtained the permissions necessary to see them, the map wasn't updated.
Now, the map continues to contain all columns available, regardless
their permission/action required, and only during expansion is the
permission check performed dynamically, when calculating the children
avaiable.

- Info button (English only) changed to the following text: More info about your contributions
- Info button highlighted (larger text, shadow and text color now blue)
- Stamped Weekly Subscription with a 'One Time Payment'.
There is now a new text field for each plan (_price_info). If the contains text, the stamp is displayed.
- Space before day/week/year ($4.99 /week -> $4.99 / week)
