Fixed several issues with migrated date types:

- making db-read more robust in case duration is stored as intger

- Renamed durationInMillis to duration

The data mining UI has been completely updated to the new concept
...
Also deleted all deprecated classes on the backend side.
What is left to do is to implement the dimension values retrieving
process.
