Axel Uhl 5f5a3c460e introduced CourseDesignerMode field on RaceLogCourseDesignChangedEvent and field isWaypointSequenceValid on CourseDesignerMode; 
this is to solve bug 3608 because course designs coming from the ByName course editor will no longer be used to update
a TrackedRace's course.

Fredrik Teschke f8fbbb35dc remove RaceLogEvent[Restore]Factory and RaceLogEvent* housekeeping 
- the factories were not used for any factory purposes, and only resulted in maintenance effort
- unified order of constructor parameters for LogEvent-classes
- standard values for an event-id and createdAt-timestamp are now set once in base classes, instead
  of all over the place

Axel Uhl 59b76b9848 let TrackedRaceImpl resolve against DomainFactory which now has a RaceLogResolver which is provided by RacingEventService; 
in production mode, the RacingEventService constructors make sure that the DomainFactory uses the RacingEventService as
its RaceLogResolver. The resolver is used by TrackedRaceImpl to set its raceLogResolver after de-serialization
