Axel Uhl 21807f2969 reduced wind averaging interval to 2*resolution + 2ms for estimation track 
This fixes parts of the performance problem. Now it's about increasing concurrency again.

Axel Uhl 9e36378f2e interims commit, uncompilable, moving towards distinguishing WindSource and WindSourceType 
The problem I'm trying to solve is this: there may be multiple WindSource objects for the
same WindSourceType. Example: EXPEDITION where each sensor shall produce a WindTrack of its own.
Similarly, there may be manually-entered and REST-provided WEB tracks.

Lennart Hensler 07e41db55f Deleted deprecated classes which organized the places of classes like

Adjusted the SailingService and the using classes of the deleted classes.
