Replaced urlParameter boolean showGrid to string windDisplay to enable different display options. windDisplay=a shows wind arrows only, windDisplay=g shows wind lines and heat map(previously shown by showGrid) and windDisplay=ag or ga shows both. Code cleanup removing SimulatorEntryPoint and SimulatorMainPanel and renaming SimulatorEntryPoint2 and SimulatorMainPanel.
