fmittag 6d3f1b6bbe - added -Dmongo.dbName=winddbTest to all runtime options to prevent the junit tests of using the real winddb 
- added a debug configuration (commented out) for "no proxy"

Axel Uhl f56b0e926c removed failover:// prefix from JMS / ActiveMQ broker URL; it caused an RMI registry to bind to 1099 always 
This caused trouble with other running VM instances
