fmittag 2c3ac61a91 added 'oldTime' as attribute to the TimeListener timeChanged() method to have a chance to recognize 'jumping times' 
used the attribute to stop the animation of boat and selected boat canvases when the timeslider jumps to totally different position

Jens Rommel 4b9d91d06c Changed media track import, hoping that it will make it more robust (see bug 1778). 
Instead of deleting and re-adding changed tracks, they are no being updated in place.
