fmittag 536a917e0f refactoring of the way the 'isStandaloneServer' property is retreived from the server as we need to ensure the value is available BEFORE all views are created. 
Introduction of a small ServerConfigurationService to achieve this.

fmittag b43786d728 - Implemented loading and storing of a 'isStandaloneServer' attribute of a new SailingServerConfiguration domain object. 
- Implemented a tab in the admin console for showing static server information and dynamic server configuration
- refactoring of static BuildVersion class into more generic ServerInfo class
