Axel Uhl a715d8ddad fixed flag names for Race Manager App; 
used to be CDATA fields, probably due to the occurrence of the &
caracter in the string; I changed to & and removed the CData,
hoping that translation will pick it up now and produce good results
also for languages such as Russian
