Axel Uhl e78f81a707 removed igtimi.client.redirecturi system property; use https://www.sapsailing.com/... for a default Igtimi redirect URI; 
use the client side Window.Location base URL as the redirect URI for Oauth web-based account adding;
this usually has problems with non-matching redirect URIs with the app
described on Igtimi's side, but it will help avoid accidentally adding
accounts to the archive server

Axel Uhl eabdff2ce7 fixed Igtimi connector issue: server timestamp was not properly reset when launching a new connection; 
this would have suggested to the server that the connection was immediately available although it wasn't; this way,
an unsuccessful connection would not have been recognized properly

Axel Uhl b884ad9677 a somewhat more robust way of closing and reconnecting to Igtimi WebSocket servers; 
ignore the onWebSocketClose event if it is caused by the reconnect() call

Axel Uhl 6a20efa1d9 fixing bug 2906: wind listeners didn't get de-registered proprely when removing a race and when re-starting the wind status servlet; 
this should solve the problem with duplicate key exceptions hammering the DB
