Axel Uhl 8ab46b3660 fixed synchronization for updating initial start/end of tracking time into new TrackedRace; 
This way, other receivers will not see the TrackedRace as announced to
the DomainFactory before a callback was invoked which in this case
updates the start/stop tracking times.

Axel Uhl 16211b7ec7 using RacingEventService.stopTracking instead of only calling stop() on the tracker; 
this shall consistently remove the tracker from the tracker cache in
RacingEventService, stop tracking wind and hence allow for re-tracking
such a race.
