Axel Uhl 0fe25e1842 found a fix for bug 4025 that also fixes the failing test case; 
compute old results by using an extension to the results finder that can
exclude a particular result event; then remove score corrections
matching old results that are not overwritten by new results

Axel Uhl d4479a3bc1 bridged the gap between device mapping events where "to" is inclusive, and TimeRange, where "to" is exclusive; TimePoint.plus|minus no longer wraps around but bumps

fmittag df98099ae6 fixed bug with missing Serializer/Deserializer for the regatta configuration of the new SWC start procedure. 
Renamed SWCConfiguration to SWCStartConfiguration and the impl classes accordingly.
