Jens Rommel 08429d5a92 Turn test bundles to fragments. 
- Builds with maven, except know local issue with selenium tests on my machine (due to Selenium/Firefox version mismatch)
- domain.test not suitable for a test fragment, since it contains larger parts of integration-tests using many different down-stream bundles.

Fabian Schwarz-Fritz 7353540411 Minimal edit at Mocks and RaceTracker test. I also had to add the json 
library to required bundles, because the RacingEventServiceimpl contains
that json library.

Axel Uhl 1e47a20edc added RaceHandle return to addRace so clients can identify what they are tracking 
Started working on a server test that works towards starting and stopping trackers for the
same race / event, asserting that tracking structures are cleared in between
