D049941 725011353b Selenium updated to version 2.38 which fixes an issue with the scrolling 
in the administration console (incorrect return value of isDisplayed for
elements, which are hidden due the overflow attribute of the parent).

D049941 32f2624ad8 Usage of the GWT-CodeServer simplified. The HostPage provides a method 
now to determine the URL parameter for the code server.

D049941 3770632759 Test support for the SailingService added, which provides a method to 
clear the state. This is necessary, since test needs a way to create a
well defined state.

The method is published via a Servlet. To avoid data loss, it is
protected by a check of the used database. Only if the database
winddbTest is used, the method call will be dispatched to the
SailingService.

D049941 4ab5dec643 SeleniumField decorator added, since the default implementation contains 
a check, which prevents us from using our special annotation FinBy for
lists of WebElements.

In addition we have some static methods now to create FluentWaits.

D049941 402180308e The test uses the clearState method now to have ensure a well defined 
state. For this reason we don't need to delete old entries in the test
anymore.

D049941 66e4f86c1a SeleniumFieldDecorator added to fix an issue with the creation of the 
proxy for annotated fields of the type List<WebElement>. The new class
is needed, since Seleniums default implementation performs a check
regarding valid annotations for this kind of fields, which is already
done in our ElementLocatorFactory.
