fmittag f1d4bf541f Wrapped CombinedWindPanel and TrueNorthIndicatorPanel into a flowpanel to avoid having 2 controls at the TOP_LEFT position of the google map which is not supported by the GWT Wrapper lib. 
Adjusted styles accordingly

But so far for some strange reason the clickhandler is not triggered
