Axel Uhl ec4f8791ea bug4110: introducing superclass of AbstractSimpleLeaderboardImpl for cache handling and DTO calculation; 
The superclass doesn't, however, know about suppressing competitors; it
knows how to calculate a LeaderboardDTO and how to maintain a live and
non-live cache for those. It relies on specified but at this level
un-implemented functionality such as getCompetitorsFromBestToWorst to
compute the leaderboard contents. The plan now is to subclass this
with a leaderboard implementation delegating to an existing
RegattaLeaderboard but eliminating competitors not to be shown.

EC2 Server ac983a80fc fixing performance issue for maneuver queries in TrackedLegOfCompetitor; 
The problem was that the calls required the latest results from the manuever cache.
With lots of load on the server, this can cause significant wait times for each
competitor, summing up for the hundreds of competitors that a big race can have.
This commit introduced a waitForLatest:boolean parameter to the corresponding
methods on TrackedLegOfCompetitor which is set to false by the currently existing
using client methods.
