fixed issue with multiple TracTrac Event objects having equal IDs if they represent the same regatta
...
This caused only RaceDefinition object to be associated only with the single remaining instance
of Event in the map which was supposed to hold several TracTrac events (one per tracker) with
multiple associated RaceDefinition objects.

fix possible deadlock problem: when asking for the tracked race outside the synchronized block,
...
it may still be null; however, it may get filled before the synchronized block gets entered.
Therefore, the get needs to be inside the synchronized block.
