bug4493: use stopTracking(Regatta, Predicate, Runnable, boolean, boolean) also from scheduleAbortTrackerAfterInitialTimeout.run();
the logic was the same, with another duplication of the locking issue
that bug 4493 is about. Now the problem is reduced to a single place.
