Axel Uhl ad52f568a4 bug5715: fixed another bug in the test; 
when comparing cross-fleet semi-finalist ranking we need to move in
steps of two, so we compare ranks 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, and 9/10, and NOT
4/5, 6/7, and so on.

Axel Uhl 8c72ab2bd4 in testGetCertificate also try reference number for previous year; 
this can help early in the year when there are few or no certificates yet for the
current year and the lookup by boat name fails due to encoding issues for special
characters leading to deviations between the certificate itself and the database
master data for that certificate

Axel Uhl 574e11885a in TestORCPublicCertificateDatabase.testGetCertificate fall back to refNo if boat name doesn't resolve; 
special characters in the boat name may have been the reason for
deviations between certificate master data and query form

Axel Uhl 021fc81ed4 cleanly removing Race/TrackedRace from DomainFactory in tearDown; 
this could help avoid failures in CourseUpdateTest where we can see an
unexpected waypointRemoved callback being logged for the CP1 waypoint
just added, and this most likely leads to the test failure. Perhaps the
tracked race, race and course were accidentally re-used across test
executions.

Axel Uhl 5ddb7e2d15 bug5792: remove @SuppressWarning("deprecation") for new Integer(int) invocations again; 
on Java 1.8 there is no deprecation, and in this case adding such a
@SuppressWarning annotation will itself cause a warning...

Axel Uhl c1c4d7f024 replaced AbstractSimpleLeaderboardImpl.suppressedCompetitors by ConcurrentHashMap; 
this seems to cause a massive performance gain as no locking is required
anymore, and according to the profiler the read-locking in isSuppressed
was one of the performance bottlenecks in the
Leaderboard.getCompetitorsFromBestToWorst chain.
