updated awstats config, not using latest local httpd logs on central reverse proxy;
...
this way, log rotation time points between central and disposable
reverse proxies should be very similar, and hence the time points up to
which logs are being collected should be very similar, hence not running
into issues with older logs discovered later not being processed
anymore.
