Axel Uhl 3b5b8bfd9f bug 4262: introduced new status REMOVED which then won't trigger cache updates; 
not yet all done, particularly RaceLog tracking needs a closer look
because race/tracker removal there is a bit more complicated

Kai Boernert 00f5068483 raceingEventService is not responsible for the AnniversaryDeterminator 
(lifecycle wise). The anniversaries piggyback on the
RemoteSailingServerSet scheduling, instead of using a seperate own
Scheduler
