fmittag df98099ae6 fixed bug with missing Serializer/Deserializer for the regatta configuration of the new SWC start procedure. 
Renamed SWCConfiguration to SWCStartConfiguration and the impl classes accordingly.

Adrian Riedel 7d9fe82dd1 server sends value 1 as accuracy to the Buoy Pinger again, CheckinManager checks against that value and sets the MarkPing accuracy accordingly (wheng it has been set before but the accuracy is unknown - will be displayed as 'set' without an accuracy instead of always displaying 1m even if unknown 2016-09-30 14:02:29 +02:00
Daniel Wagner 5e42d9acbf Pings sent from server on sync do not transport the standard '1'm accuracy all the time, instead the CheckingManager can deal with the value missing; stores them with -1 accuracy, this gets checked in MarkAdapter and is displayed as n/a on the UI 2016-09-27 15:22:06 +02:00

Axel Uhl 5f5a3c460e introduced CourseDesignerMode field on RaceLogCourseDesignChangedEvent and field isWaypointSequenceValid on CourseDesignerMode; 
this is to solve bug 3608 because course designs coming from the ByName course editor will no longer be used to update
a TrackedRace's course.

Axel Uhl 27fcba4ea6 fixing issue with direct de-serialization from a JSONObject produced not by reading from String but by serialization; 
Serialization adds an Integer object to the JSONObject which cannot be cast to a Long. Reading from string
produces a Long. Solution: cast to Number, then use intValue()
