Axel Uhl eac6d6d1ad use same message loader / persistence to avoid duplicate SailMasterConnector instances; 
in the long run, supporting equals on SwissTimingPersistenceImpl and the corresponding
configurations may help controlling the connector cache.

Axel Uhl 9699896de3 clean up SwissTiming Event/Race/TrackedEvent/TrackedRace after stopping tracking it; 
this may need to be adjusted once we add BoatClass support and hence group several
races in one Event object

Axel Uhl 7949c644aa refactored SailingServiceImpl such that it doesn't directly use the SwissTimingConnector; 
instead it turns to the RacingEventService which then knows the SwissTimingConnector
