prepared passing through of finishedTime from RaceLog through RaceState, RaceStateChangedListener to DynamicTrackedRaceLogListener into DynamicTrackedRace;
...
this as preparation for filtering the candidates in the CandidateFinder for a range a bit before start and a bit after finish
