valid. Making sure to avoid NPE in this case.

Made the DataRetrievalWorker independent from the source type
...
Previously the DataRetrievalWorker was bound to LeaderboardGroup as source
type, so every worker had to base on a leaderboard group. I added a new
generic attribute SourceType to generalize the DataRetrievalWorker.

Suppressed competitors will not be imported if they are resolved to null
...
this fixes the null pointer in bug 1705
note that the supressed competitors are not exported, if the race is not
tracked on the exporting side. Just like the score corrections.

In detail, I made all DataRetrievers independent from the data source, to
be able to use it in other contexts than the data mining of sailing
related stuff.
