Added overwrite info for master data import

The success dialog of the master data import now includes information
about overwritten regattas, so he/she knows which races need to be
retracked.

Increased timeout for master data import
...
Especially when testing with a local client on a machine connected per
wifi, the 10 second timeout led to exceptions when importing big
leaderboard groups from a remote server.
This will not happen anymore, as the timeout was increased to 10 minutes.
