Axel Uhl e19209a61c in addition to the race column names for which to load details, added a parameter addOverallDetails 
that controls whether a leaderboardDTO shall have overall details; the leaderboard cache and the
LiveLeaderboardUpdater consider this parameter in how they cache their DTOs.

Axel Uhl 7a5c00609a fixing bug 896 by providing Timer.isInitialized() and not loading the leaderboard for an uninitialized timer; 
the duplicate loading for the null time point in the Leaderboard.html entry point still persists; we would need
a smarter way of identifying that the offset adjustment which is causing the second load during the callback
wouldn't really required another load with null at basically the same time point, but the difficulty is that
then the timer's notion of live time and the leaderboard contents would deviate. Assuming that the null time
point is handled efficiently by the live leaderboard DTO cache, I think we can live with this.

Christopher Ronnewinkel (D036654) da8e1ee605 streamlet visualization (use url-parameter: windDisplay=z); add url-parameter-value 'y' which shows an example of original USA wind map data; add 'wind-streamlets.js' to module Simulator.gwt.xml (JS-injection is not supported for debugging, e.g. Firebug in Firefox); add bounds check for particle creation based on comparison of Google Maps bounds and wind field bounds; add fast mercator projection; check bounds based on map bounds compared with wind field bounds; support of map zoom & move; fix potential deadlocks due to zoom & move, e.g. when wind field has areas with zero wind speed; integrate streamlets with simulator: wind data from server to javascript; overlay ui updates; add sharing of windFieldDTO with external JavaScript by means of a JSNI-wind-getter which calls from JS to Java; result: bad performance :-/; transmit wind data as before via list; create JSON instance in client; fix wind display "y"; cleanup naming conventions, messy comments & test-code remainders; fix problems when switching between wind display, summary & race replay;
